This weekend it’s time for the second round of the FIA European Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy in Estering Buxtehude, just outside of Hamburg, Germany. Team Ramona RX is now on their way down to the competition that starts on Saturday. Having competed for Albatec Racing in Estering last year, Ramona looks forward to coming back.
“It’s a fun track that I enjoy, however, like the other drivers, am not very fond of the notorious first corner which is well known to claim many victims! So, the key is to have a fast start!” smiles Ramona.
Ramona finished close the semi-finals in Belgium at her debut in the European Championship last month, so naturally the goal now is to get to the semis.
“We will be really pleased if we can make it to the semi- finals in this tough starting field” Ramona explains with confidence.
Racing Schedule:
Saturday 20th Heat 1 at 12:30 followed by Heat 2.
Sunday 21st Heat 3 at 10:30 followed by Heat 4. Semifinals will start at. 15:00, followed by finals.
